Description
- No trans fat, no artificial colouring
- Serves 4-6
- Prepare 1kg of chicken/meat cut into pieces
- 120ml coconut milk
- 300ml water. Reduce water if using pressure cooker.
- Heat up instant curry paste in wok. Add chicken or meat pieces.
- Stir fry on medium heat. Pour water and bring to boil.
- Add in coconut milk.
- Serve when hot.
- Best eaten with rice or roti
