Instructions for use: when filling, hold the hot water bottle vertically on the neck of the bottle, fill 2/3 with water (do not use boiling hot water). Let residual air escape from the hot water bottle, then hold the hot water bottle on the fixed part of the head and tighten the cap.

Warning: Do not use boiling hot water. Do not heat in the microwave or oven. Do not overfill the hot water bottle. Fill only with water, not with other substances.
