Suggested Use:
Take between 1 tsp and 2 tsps (4g) daily with liquid. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Spread throughout the day. Guarana is very high in caffeine and can cause insomnia if taken in the evening.
