Simply washed, peeled, chopped, water blanched, and quick frozen ready to use in minutes. Stored either frozen or chilled and with flexible cooking options, Simply Mash is a time saving choice for busy chefs who prefer to cook from scratch but want to reduce waste and preparation time. Made using 100% British Red Tractor potatoes. HFA Halal Approved. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free. Each catering pack is 2.5kg, ideal for foodservice. There are 4 packs in each wholesale bulk box. - For standard mash add 300ml skimmed milk, 10g salted butter, 10g salt and a pinch of white pepper. Oven: Cook from frozen at 100% steam in a Combi Oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Cook from chilled at 100% steam in a Combi Oven for 6 to 9 minutes. Gas/Pressure Steamer: Cook from frozen for 40 minutes. Hob: Add 1L of water to the pan and cook from frozen for 20 to 25 minutes.
