- Add 278g minced pluck tops and 166g minced beef suet to a bowl, mix until combined.
- Add 130g oatmeal, 22g onion and 25g haggis seasoning.
- Add 278g stock or water and mix thoroughly, fill into bungs and tie ends.
- Place in a pot covered with cold water, bring to the boil and simmer for 50-60 minutes.
