This is an equipment rental and monitoring service offer - the equipment remains the property of SureSafe and must be returned if you end your service. You pay 99 set-up fee and then 9.99 per month by direct debit. SureSafe will contact you immediately after purchase to arrange direct debit set-up and to take the details of the individual using the alarm. The alarm will not be sent until we have collected the appropriate information. There is no minimum contract, only a 35 (+VAT) equipment cleaning and restocking fee for any cancellations within the first 6 months. Installation is available for a fee. Contact us for more details. This pricing is VAT exclusive. In order to obtain the product VAT free the user must either have a physical or mental impairment e.g. blindness, have a chronic medical condition e.g. asthma, diabetes, arthritis or a terminal illness. You will need to complete a VAT Exempt declaration when we contact you. The User will need a minimum of 2 friends/family key holders that live within a 20 minute drive or 1 key holder and a key safe. We can arrange a key safe for an additional cost.
